The precision with which Aino Kannisto crafts her compositions, mutually interacting lines, parallels and color references results in timeless metaphors of waiting and perseverance. The intriguing figure of a woman in these images prompts the viewer to develop his or her own associations. The works on display were created at Hotel Bogota in Berlin.
Kannisto’s work was presented in two solo exhibitions last year in Germany: At the Hotel Bogota in Berlin and at the Kunstverein Recklinghausen
