Sculptures by David Rabinowitch
Perception as a process

Work/Series
"The sculptures of David Rabinowitch demand a penetrating vision, They are directed against all that is predetermined and assumed to be certain: they thwart ingrained habits of perception. Here, perception is only possible as a process of comprehension in which the beholder registers structures and grasps connection. Yet it is only through this kind of activity that seeing becomes sensual and spiritual experience."
